I am a first timer. I listen/watch every day I can. I missed the Dr. Dean ? name today 11/12 It would be helpful if they could put the names of these authors on the screen or web site - it would be even better if the book list could be updated. other comments - why don't you guys come to Lancaster PA? You go all over the place sometimes more than once. Also, tell Don he is one handsome dude and he looks great in a cowboy hat when he is at the ranch but how long has he lived in NYC? Take it off. I always thought Imus was the most filthy mouthed, self-centered, conceited man I ever saw! Then one morning I turned on the television... I just sat and listened to him..... and his "possee".... I LIKE him!! I thought I have never even given this man a chance! My husband and I would not miss his program at all now! We LOVE his broadcast and wish it was on another hour! I use to listen to the Today program.... but move over Katie, Matt, Al and Ann!! Imus in the morning is where it is! I now listen to the last hour of the Today because Imus is over at 9:00 a.m. here. I'm an all-California DJ that Imus has been aware of and, to my pride and honor, has made mention of from time to time. I, of course, have no where near the I-Man's juice; work at one of the oldies stations in his "corporate family," KFRC, in San Francisco. Here, I am belittled and made to feel like a bad carpet sample while my nearly 40 years experience is discounted. This caustic behavior comes from a small minded programming supervisor whose solid gold credentials include having to be tutored on the names of the Beatles. I can only guess that he conducts himself this way because he allows himself to be intimidated. (The I-Force would have a field day with this guy...)

My question: Can Imus weild his mighty power -- email, phone call -- in a show of support ? This might be a gesture that would help me be heard above the immediate blockages in my chain of command. Otherwise, it's just talent against mid management and I'm afraid they might try to fade me to black as so many of our veteran broadcasters have...

Love your show. Why does MSNBC constantely preempt your show? MSNBC must know that when they preempt your show they are loosing customers. My reaction is to immediately switch to Fox for news. MSNBC should let you present all of the news on world events. You do superior job on reporting news and not trying to make news as does the two MSNBC morning reporters.

Up here in my area of Canada in Nova Scotia, we have just lately been able to get MSNBC and IMUS IN THE MORNING. What I am so intriqued by is how Don gets all of these famous personalities to come out of their shell and come across as real human beings. It seems to work by his insulting them and his ability to keep them focussed about the topic being discussed without them blowing their top. I tape every show and my wife and I watch it every evening. Refreshing and awesome entertainment. Keep up the good work.

I am not a talk radio fan. I came upon I-man by accident one morning. The level of idiocy displayed by Don is unsurpassed in the radio world. To whom it may concern:, I am moving to the southwest, and have interest of working on the Imus ranch. I am a Certified martial arts instructor, and believe that the things I can teach will benifit Attendents of the ranch. I heard Delbert McClinton & Marcia Ball singing "Deep in the Heart of Texas" here in Houston It's slow and funky and it brought tears to my eyes... perfect for your show I-Man! I can't find it.
